Our Springfield office had a call from J. White. Jason (Technician) had been out to their house to repair their unit. They wanted to call and thank Jason and Lindsie (Dispatch) for being so understanding, cooperative and supportive. They said that Jason was a “wonderful person”, that he was “professional, courteous, patient and kind” and that he got to the bottom of the problem.  We are glad we were able to help out J. T. Lopez of Myrtle Creek called in after Dan (Service Tech) was out at their house. They wanted us to know that Dan deserves kudos for getting their air conditioner back on quickly. They then in the notes section had this to say: “As a sales and service company owner I can only say your two Servicemen were the most customer oriented and professionally competent I have experienced in the 20 years we have lived here. They did a fantastic install and cleanup after the job. I would highly recommend these two excellently trained installers to anyone who desires a service requiring the highest degree of skill and knowledge! Great job! Not forgetting my Salesman, Dave Boom. He did a tremendous job of helping with the install which was really difficult. He explained all about the new unit and worked really hard to accomplish a one day install. His thoroughness was so refreshing and his advice to sell me the correct unit was very much appreciated.
