After every installation, we provide our Clients a Customer Satisfaction Survey. We ask seven key questions and have the options for each of rating us as Poor, Fair, Good or Excellent. The questions we ask are: “Did we meet your expectations?”, “Provide quality workmanship?”, “Kept you adequately informed?”, “Perform tasks in a timely fashion?”, “Provided drop cloths and clean work area?”, “Provided friendly efficient service?”, “Explained how everything works?” We also provide a place for any additional comments. The majority of our Clients take the time to fill the form out and send it back in for which we are grateful. The vast majority rate us as “Excellent” across the board which makes us proud!

B. Carlisle called into our Springfield office. They wanted to compliment Gabriel, one of our Service Techs, who had performed a maintenance on their HVAC system. B. Carlisle said Gabriel was wonderful, a great asset to Pacific Air Comfort and that they wanted to brag about him to us. They said Gabriel wore booties in the house, explained everything and checked everything including the vents. We do have the best Service Technicians around. N. Sweeney called into our Springfield office. We had just installed a new system for them. The wanted us to know “Those young men (Leo and Mike) represented Pacific Air Comfort very well. Their boss should be very proud of them. They were very polite and conscientious. They did a professional job and cleaned up so well you would never know they were here.” Thank you N. S. Treffers of Port Orford sent in their Customer Satisfaction Survey and rated us “Excellent” in all seven categories with a double “Excellent” when asked “Did we provide friendly efficient service?” They also said “Brandon was awesome!”. We agree, Brandon is awesome! (04/21/2017)

C. Milliken of Springfield stopped by our office today to turn in some paperwork and wanted to compliment Leo, one of our Installers, saying how helpful Leo was in explaining the system in his new home. Thank you for the feedback C. Milliken and great job Leo!! (04/18/2017)

We had a call from M. Jensen to our Coquille office. They said. Gabriel [Service Tech] did a maintenance for them on 4/11/17. They wanted us to know that Gabriel is the best technician that they had ever had from Pacific Air Comfort. They said he is very thorough, conscientious, thoughtful, he did all the things he said he was going to do on the maintenance. They said he cleaned and checked all of their system. They felt like he really went above the call of duty and that their money was well spent on this maintenance. They also remarked that he is very professional, he was on time, he called them ahead of time to let them know he was on his way, and overall just very polite and represents the company well! They said that we should be proud of how he represents the company! We are very proud. Gabriel is a new Tech to us and not long out of school. Our Service Dispatcher in Springfield did some follow-up phone calls to Clients to see how our Technicians did when out at the Clients’ home. They spoke to fifteen Clients. One rated us “Good”, thirteen rated us “Excellent” and one rated us “Excellent+”. Some added comments such as “Very satisfied”, “Did a great job” and “Very thorough”. We had an email from a Client who wanted to let us know how pleased they are with their new thermostat that they can control remotely with their cell phone and to let us know “Brad [Service Tech] did an excellent job” getting the stat in and them set up to operate it. J. Hine called into our Springfield branch. They wanted to sing Wade’s [Service Tech] praises.Wade had just been out to their house to perform a maintenance on their system. P. Bordenave of Sutherlin called to tell us what a fantastic guy Sinh is. He had been out to their house to clean and repair their dryer duct. They would like him to be the one to come out any time they have work to be done.  You can’t ask for higher praise than that. Dr. A. Marroquin called us to let us know what a “fantastic” job Sinh [Service] did cleaning the ducts at their house. They said he was worth every penny and more. The Client said they have had multiple bad experiences with various companies at the coast doing any kind of work for them. They are more than pleased with us and specifically Sinh.
