One of our Installers was at his child’s Teacher/ Parent conference and was wearing his company shirt. The teacher had apparently had us out to work on their system and wanted him to know how much she liked our company and what wonderful Techs we have. (03/13/2017)

Our Service Dispatchers did another round of follow-up calls to see how out Technicians did when out at our Clients’. All that they talked to were very happy and said things like “Brad is an awesome Tech”, “Very happy!” and “Great job!”. That is what we like to hear! We do have the best Techs around! (03/13/2017)

On top of that, they sent an attached letter that reads: “I wish to express my appreciation to you all for the friendly, courteous and professional attention you extended to me. My conversations with Tabitha [Coquille Office] were informative and genuine. I felt I was talking to someone who genuinely cared and assisted me with the process of installing my new furnace. A true delight to work with!She is a professional who knows her job and how to effectively work with the public. Casey, [Install] who installed the furnace, was personable and efficient. There were many jobs being performed that day. Casey was open to the extra activity and accommodating to the other workers who needed access to the room he was working in. Thank you! Anthony, [Service]who did the inspection, was professional and informative. He explained his role and showed me in detail how my new thermostat worked. Jason, [Service] who came to patch the hole, did a great job and in an amazing short time. Originally, I thought I would have to patch the wall. I was delighted when Tabitha told me she was sending someone to take care of it.The time it would have taken me to figure it out and then accomplish the task; made me appreciate the job Jason did immensely. So to all who made a somewhat stressful event smooth, I say thank you! It has been a true pleasure.” Thank you J. We had a wonderful email from John Page, a mechanical inspector for the City of Medford, regarding the Hilton Garden Inn in Medford that we just finished up. He said “This is just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate working with Steve at the Hilton project. I am a mech inspector for the city of Medford and conducted several inspections at this project. I have worked with many hvac contractors in the s.f. Bay area and have seen both good and bad construction practice. During this project, Steve was always ready for the inspection called for and was informative on what has been done and his next step on the project. The work inspected had all the signs of craftsmanship by the entire crew, showing attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with Pacific Air. Thank you, John Page at the City of Medford.” We know our crew did an outstanding job but to have an inspector send us a note like this was such a wonderful surprise!
