While at the Eugene Home and Garden Show, Kevin (Sales) had a Client , Mr. Rouse of Junction City, stop by and visit. Last summer the Rouses took advantage of the NW Natural promotion and had a new gas furnace installed. He wanted Kevin to know how happy he was with his new system and that his bill is now half of what it was prior to the installation of his new furnace.That is what we like to hear! D. Brossoit of Coquille rated us “Overall A” on Angie’s List. They had their electric heat pump replaced with a gas system. They then went on to say “Overall, I am very pleased, although there were some glitches with timing and communication.  They were first at the house to look at the old heat pump on 11/19/2014 and advised us that it was not worth fixing.  I obtained quotes from Pacific Air Comfort and two additional contractors and signed the contract with Pacific Air Comfort on 12/9/2014.  We were being handled by two salesmen, which I think muddied the waters.  We were assured that because we were without heat we would have top priority in installation.    It was over the holidays and people were on vacations, but there was at least a weeks delay in the final installation.  I do not think that this is their norm, or I would have graded them lower on responsiveness and punctuality.  The final installation was completed on 12/28/2014 which was a Saturday and overtime for the technicians, which I appreciated although the system could not be turned on until 12/31/2014 by the gas company.  The technicians did a great job, they were neat, tidy and efficient.” Would they hire us again? “Yes”. (03/04/2014)
