P. Truair not only took the time to mail us their Customer Satisfaction Survey (see below) but also gave us an “Overall A” on Angie’s List  and said “Professional and pleasant from top to bottom. First contacts were with Amanda and Misty, very pleasant and helpful.  Estimator, Jay, really knew his business and provided options for our particular system. Charleston Community Church mailed in their Customer Satisfaction Survey. They rated us “Good” in two categories and “Excellent” in five categories. They added the following note: “Don [Sales] is one of the most considerate helpful and honest men I have met in a long time.” (01/27/14)

P. Cardwell of Coos Bay sent in their Customer Satisfaction Survey and rated us “Good” in all applicable categories and said “Staff is very nice, helpful and easy to work with.” (01/20/14)

S. Simon of North Bend returned their Customer Satisfaction Survey. They rated us (3)” Good” and (4) “Excellent” and went on to say “Overall a very good job!” (01/13/14)

We had a call today from the State Inspector. He had inspected the HVAC system we had installed in the Turi residence on the coast and wanted to let us know that our install was a cut above all the rest! He went on to say that it was a better installation than commercial jobs he has inspected. We are very proud of the work we do and especially proud of our Install crews. Kudos to Hank (Lead Installer) and Mike (Helper). (12/27/13)

K. Isacksen of Oakridge rated us “Excellent” in all seven categories on their Customer Satsisfaction Survey and said “The electrician was great too! Everyone was more professional than the other businesses I got quotes from. Claws was great too – he should make house calls.” For those of you that don’t know. Claws is our resident cat at our Springfield office and he has developed quite a following. He has his own business cards now and if you purchase a system from Pacific Air Comfort and mention Claws, we will donate the $50 finders fee to Greenhill Humane Society. If you would like one of his cards or would like to meet Claws, stop by our Springfield office.

We received a Customer Satisfaction Survey from R. and M. Postal of Eugene. They rated us “Excellent” in all seven categories and went on to say “Kevin Usher [Sales] and the crew he brought in exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by their caring, knowledgeable service and professionalism – before, after and during the install.” On another portion of the form they circled Kevin’s name and said Fabulous! deserves a raise! The Postals then went on to say “We had a Daikin system at our last home in Crescent City, CA. We asked our installer there for a referral. He called Daikin’s distributor and was given Kevin Usher’s name. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Kevin and the extremely competent, helpful, caring crew he brought to our home. Thank you!” Thank you for the high praise Mr. and Mrs. Postal! We are pleased that you are so happy with us and your new system. Great job Kevin and crew!! (11/25/2013)
