P. Maccree of Roseburg gave us an “Overall A”. They then went on to say “Evaluated the cause of the ac/heat pump failure. Completely inspected system, inside and out. Explained the reason for the problem and the options for fixing it. Arranged for service to take place on my schedule and to be guaranteed to be no more than was quoted for the service. The workers arrived about 7:30 a.m. on the day promised and the unit was installed, inspected, and running by the end of the day. Everyone we dealt with were professional and pleasant. There was a follow-up inspector a day later to check with us and be sure we were happy with the service and the result. The company even scheduled the city inspectors visit to sign off on the building permits. It is wonderful to have heat in my house again on these chilly mornings. Very happy with the service.”  Would they hire us again “Yes”. When asked by Angie’s Lost what words of advice they would give us they said “Keep on doing what you are doing.” (11/04/13)

S. Furlong of Winston also gave us an “Overall A” on Angie’s List regarding the installation of a ductless system. They went on to say “Calling into Pacific, my first impression was that the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She set up an appointment for our first inspection right away. Jay came out the next day and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer more professional guy. He was very thorough in providing us with all our options because my husband and I were originally unsure of the system that we wanted. The guys came out and installed our ductless heat pump in one day and were very respectful of the house and me while I was in it. There seemed to be some miss-communication with the electrician…but someone from Pacific kept me informed and made sure that everything went smoothly. Our final inspection was done the day after the electrician came out. Overall we have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the kind of business that you would expect in a small town like ours, people and customer based, very friendly and professional, and they do good work! We recently did some work for All Souls Church in Myrtle Creek.
